We have been in the business of cleaning for over 25 years in Metro Halifax and have developed a good reputation for providing a consistent, high quality service to our valued customers. Our employees are all dressed in appropriate uniforms displaying our company name.
We offer both a daytime cleaning and a night-time cleaning, depending on the clients’ preferences. Atlantic Evershine Ltd. stands by our quality of work. We do not insist on signing any lengthy contracts, instead we hire and train our employees to understand all those little things that are totally necessary for us to do that excellent job in any company environment. We train them to be courteous and
respectful of our clients while in their environments. We understand that your business must not be interrupted while we are there. There are times when certain cleaning operations such as stripping and waxing of floors or carpet cleaning and wall washing operations need to be performed and in those cases, we typically schedule evening or weekends to do that type of work.
One of the practices that we have followed for 25 years is to hand deliver some of our invoices each month which gives us the opportunity to have client time! We can determine from these random site visits if there are any concerns or omissions that may have occurred. By having this interaction, we are also able to schedule any project works or special cleanings that do arise. If your company is expecting
to have a special event or function and you need that last minute “shine”, it is a great time to voice that to us. Maintaining this one on one contact makes us a leader in the industry. We want to be available for our clients at all times. We are only ever a phone call or email away so we can immediately respond to your requests at any given time. There is specialized training for all our employees and with Evershine employees, the training is always on going. With all new clients, we walk through the entire company with them and determine a cleaning schedule that suits the needs of the business with the ability to change this at any given time, depending on circumstances. We work with our staff if need be on the initial cleaning to ensure that nothing
gets missed and to also insure that the quality is at the highest possible standards from the beginning. We schedule all the different cleaning functions and take the time to insure you are just as comfortable as we are, with the staff we have put in your business.
